How The Mashore Group collects, uses and shares the information you give us through this website, in plain language. Your choices, and how to reach us.
What this covers
This policy explains what happens to the information you give us on this website. It applies to this site and to the forms and chat on it. It does not cover what happens on other companies' websites that we link to, because we do not control those.

We have written this in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it.

What we collect, and only when you give it to us
We do not ask you to create an account to browse this site, and you can read every page here without telling us anything about yourself.
When you fill in a form or start a chat, we collect what you type:
- Your name and email address. These are how we reply to you.
- Your phone number, if you choose to give it. The phone field is optional. If you leave it blank the form still works.
- Whatever you write in the message box. If you tell us the address of your house or your timeline for moving, we have that because you told us.
- Your answer to the text-message consent box, along with the exact wording you agreed to and when.
If you use the chat on this site, we receive the messages you send it.
Our web host also records ordinary technical information about visits, such as the pages requested and the general type of device and browser used. That is standard for any website and is used to keep the site running.
What we do with it
We use what you give us to answer your question, to help you buy or sell a home, and to follow up with you about that. That is the whole purpose.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, and we do not trade it to other agents or to lead-generation companies.
If you ask us a question and then decide not to work with us, that is entirely fine, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. See the section below on your choices.
Who else handles your information
Running a website means other companies handle some of your information on our behalf. You are entitled to know who they are:
- Our website host stores and serves the pages of this site and processes form submissions in transit.
- Our customer relationship management system is where your name, contact details and message are stored so we can follow up. We use GoHighLevel for this.
- Our chat provider. The chat on this site is powered by Anthropic's Claude. Messages you type into the chat are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply.
Each of these companies handles the information to provide a service to us, under their own terms. We do not authorise any of them to use your information for their own marketing.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if we need to in order to establish or defend a legal claim.
Text messages and phone calls
If you give us your phone number, the form asks you to tick a box first. Ticking it is your consent to receive text messages from us at that number. The box is never ticked for you.
The wording you agree to is this: "I agree to receive text messages from The Mashore Group at the number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help."
Reply STOP to any text and the messages end. That works whether or not you tell us anything else.
Consent to text messages is not a condition of buying or selling a home with us, and we will still call or email you if you would rather we did that instead.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Email Krista@KristaHomes.com or call (925) 325-4663 and say what you want. You do not need to explain why, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
You can also unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in it, and stop texts by replying STOP.
Children
This site is meant for adults buying and selling homes. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page. The date below tells you when it last changed.
This policy is posted in accordance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act, which requires any commercial website collecting personal information from California residents to post one.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you sell my information to other agents?
No. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, to other agents or to lead-generation companies. We use it to answer you and to help you buy or sell a home.
Do I have to give you my phone number?
No. The phone field is optional and the form works without it. If you do give it, you have to tick the consent box before we can text you, and that box is never ticked for you.
How do I stop receiving texts from you?
Reply STOP to any text message and they end. You can also email or call us and ask, and consent to texts is never a condition of working with us.
Can I ask you to delete what you have about me?
Yes. Email Krista@KristaHomes.com or call (925) 325-4663 and ask. We will delete it unless the record-keeping rules that come with a real estate licence require us to keep it, and we will tell you if that is the case.
