Trust and Probate

Have you ever wondered about the benefits of a Trust and if they really benefit your family? Well I have and interviewed Michaell Rinne a Trust and Probate Attorney to find out.

A living trust is a living document so in the long run it’ll save you a lot of time and money by protecting your children and your assets. When you set up a living trust, you can rest assured that when you pass away your children can take the assets easily and immediately instead of having to go to court and pay thousands.

Trust  have a possibility to have a spendthrift clause that prevents all the money to flow into their names. If filing for bankruptcy the creditors would be able to take it all, but with a trust they can’t.
