As we enter the last month of 2022, I want to break down what’s happening in the real estate market here in East County so that you can make the best decision when it comes to probably one of your largest assets, which of course is your home. Let’s take a look at what’s happening in Brentwood CA  94513.  At the time of this recording, there are 165 active listings, 52 homes pending, and 31  homes that were sold in the last 18 days.  Homes sold for an average of $812,141 (eight hundred twelve thousand and one hundred forty one dollars)  and were on the market on average 43 days.
