I’m writing this review with so much love & aloha for Krista. We met with her last year in 2016 & she told us if we wanted to sell at a certain price we should wait. During that time she kept in touch with comparative analysis. Then when we listed in early 2017 she said she would get us to the amount we wanted for our home so that we are able to move. Everything she said and her team said came true. Even her team believe our home would sell. You see, I am the type of person who worries from all different angles. I’m always afraid that things won’t go our way but with Krista she kept reassuring it will and that the right buyer was out there for our home. We had a multiple bids and towards the end she knew which buyer was the best to pick so we went with her guidance. The process was simple after that. Every goal date was met by the buyer so it help reassure us we could start packing and move. I interviewed different Realtors, I read every review I could to come to the right decision and there is no doubt that Krista was the right choice. She knows the market, she knows about the documents we need to sign (must mention that everything is almost digital which made it easier on our busy schedule), her responsiveness was within a couple of hours, and her negotiation skills is strong, cautious in a good way, and attainable. She realizes it takes a team to take on the market. She hires experts for her team so that everyone has one specific job that they do 100% best so if your wondering why she gets business is because she built a solid business.
