What’s happening in the real estate market right now in Discovery Bay? Hi, my name is Krista Mashore with Homes by Krista. Right now, we have 116 homes on the market in Disco. For stand-alone, single family homes, they range from about $465,000 to about $1.8 million. Obviously, condition, location, size, et cetera, is why we’ve seen such a huge gap. It’s taking about an average of 72 days to sell right now, but this time of year, it starts to heat up and we sell more homes. Currently, we have 52 homes that are pending right now, and that’s a higher number considering that we only have 336 homes sell in all of Discovery Bay in 2018. That means that about 15% of the homes are pending in relation to how many homes sold last year.
