In Oakley, CA 94561, we have 47 active homes, 40 pending, and 9 homes sold so far in August after spending an average of 17 days on the market. Homes in Oakley sold for an average of $798,222 (Seven Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand two hundred twenty two) So as you can see, with the changing market, it is no surprise that homes are not staying on the market for a long time and there is less inventory.
