Hello, East County! Can you believe we’re in the first month of 2024?? So what’s the latest housing data for East County? Currently, we have seen a slow down in sales mainly due to the time of year but it is expected to increase in upcoming months. But for now, let's look at what’s happening right here in East County. Hi, I'm Krista Mashore with eXp Realty. Let's look at what's happening in Brentwood, CA, 94513. At the time of this recording, in Brentwood, there were 105 active listings, 50 pending homes, and 30 sold homes this month thus far. The average list price was $819,984 (eight hundred nineteen thousand and nine hundred eighty-four) and the average sold price was $827,511 (Eight hundred twenty-seven thousand and five hundred eleven) and were on the market an average of 30 days. In Oakley, CA 94561, we have 51 active homes, 40 pending, and 18 homes sold after spending an average of 24 days on the market. Homes in Oakley sold for an average of $642,621 (Six hundred forty-two thousand and six hundred twenty-one). Let’s take a look at Discovery Bay Ca 94505, we have 32 active homes, 15 pending, and 10 sold so far this month with an average days on market of 45 days. The Average List Price is $837,267(eight hundred thirty-seven thousand and two hundred sixty-seven) and the Average Sold Price for the month is $829,450 (Eight hundred twenty-nine thousand dollars and four hundred fifty). In Antioch CA 94531, we currently have 116 active homes on the market, 83 pending and 64 sold for this month with an average days on market of 24. The average list price is $604,959 (six hundred four thousand and nine hundred fifty-nine) and the average sold price is $617,121 (Six hundred seventeen thousand and one hundred twenty-one). So as you can see, with the changing market, it’s no surprise that homes are not staying on the market for a long time and there’s less inventory.
